Welcome to Enterprise Legal Studio, operating at enterlegalst.com. By accessing our website and engaging our corporate legal services, info products, or goods, you agree to these Terms of Service effective 2025.

1. Services

Enterprise Legal Studio provides corporate document drafting, compliance review, and consulting services. All engagements are governed by a separate service agreement outlining deliverables, timelines, and fees.

2. Info Products

We offer digital guides, templates, and training materials in downloadable form. Access is granted upon full payment of the stated fee.

3. Goods

Physical items such as books or printed materials are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Title and risk pass upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in advance. Payment methods accepted include credit card or electronic transfer. You agree to pay applicable fees as set forth in the order.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

If you cancel a service engagement more than 7 days prior to the start date, you are eligible for a full refund of paid fees. Cancellation within 7 days may incur a 50% fee retention to cover preparatory work. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. Rescheduling requests may be accommodated if received at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date.

5.2 Info Products

Digital products may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no download or access has occurred. Once access is granted, no refund is available due to the ease of duplication. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

5.3 Goods

Goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping. A full refund, minus shipping costs, will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt. If items are damaged, subject to inspection, a partial credit or replacement may apply.

5.4 No Refund Circumstances

Certain customized services and sealed info products are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. This includes bespoke legal advice projects started at your direction and confidential work products.

6. Limitation of Liability

Enterprise Legal Studio’s total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
